The Jeep Avenger, the smallest and most urban member of the Jeep family, enters 2025 with a sharper focus on versatility, technology, and European driving needs. With ordering now open across the continent, Jeep is rolling out new powertrains, refined trims, and an infusion of cutting-edge features that bring the brand’s rugged heritage into the age of electrification.
Built in Tychy, Poland, the Jeep Avenger was designed from the ground up for European roads compact enough for narrow streets, yet unmistakably Jeep in its stance and character. Since its debut in 2023, it has become one of Jeep’s fastest-growing models, appealing to more than 120,000 customers.
For 2025, the Avenger continues to embrace a “multi-energy” approach, offering a full-electric version, a mild hybrid, a classic petrol option, and now, for the first time, the Avenger 4xe an all-wheel-drive hybrid variant that blends efficiency with genuine off-road capability.
The all-electric Avenger remains the technological flagship of the lineup. Its 54 kWh battery powers a 156-horsepower electric motor that produces 260 Nm of torque, providing brisk, smooth acceleration and whisper-quiet cruising. With a WLTP range of up to 400 kilometers in mixed driving and up to 550 kilometers in urban conditions, it delivers the flexibility needed for both city commutes and weekend getaways. Thanks to fast charging, the battery can be replenished from 20% to 80% in just 24 minutes ideal for Europe’s growing charging infrastructure.
For those who prefer traditional combustion engines, the Avenger continues to offer a lively 1.2-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Delivering 100 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque, it strikes a balance between nimble city driving and highway composure, with fuel economy hovering around 5.7 liters per 100 kilometers.
Jeep’s e-Hybrid model combines the same 1.2-liter engine with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system and a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. This setup offers seamless transitions between electric and petrol power, aided by advanced features such as e-Creeping, e-Queueing, and e-Parking ideal for dense urban environments. Drivers benefit from improved efficiency, smoother gear shifts, and an estimated combined fuel economy of 54.5 miles per gallon.
The newest addition to the range, the Avenger 4xe, brings true Jeep all-terrain capability in a more sustainable form. It combines a turbocharged 1.2-liter hybrid engine with two 21 kW electric motors one on each axle to deliver all-wheel-drive traction with responsive torque distribution. The 4xe also features a dual-clutch six-speed transmission for refined, adaptable power delivery.
With this system, Jeep ensures that even its most compact model maintains the brand’s adventurous DNA, ready to tackle gravel, mud, or snow as confidently as city traffic.
A standout new variant for 2025 is the limited-run Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition, inspired by the spirit of exploration. Combining rugged design cues with premium finishes, this edition is equipped for outdoor adventure while maintaining an upscale feel. With distinctive styling elements and exclusive equipment, it reflects Jeep’s long-standing commitment to blending capability with character.
Jeep has streamlined the Avenger lineup into three main trims Longitude, Altitude, and Summit each offering a more defined identity.
Longitude now includes Keyless Start as standard, blending convenience with simplicity. Altitude takes a step up with added safety and comfort features such as LED fog lights, a 180-degree rear camera with drone-style view, automatic high beams, and an auto-dimming mirror. The Summit trim leads the range, offering proximity keyless entry and, with the Infotainment & Convenience Pack, a hands-free liftgate ideal for families or frequent travelers.
Optional packages such as the Winter Pack (for heated seats and cold-weather upgrades) and the Leather Pack (for added luxury) let owners personalize their Avenger experience. For open-air enthusiasts, an available panoramic sunroof enhances the cabin’s sense of freedom.
In a move that marks a first for Jeep, the 2025 Avenger introduces a ChatGPT-powered virtual co-pilot. Integrated into Jeep’s Connected Navigation system through the Connect PLUS subscription, this AI assistant can provide route suggestions, local recommendations, off-road tips, and even insights into Jeep’s storied heritage.
The feature transforms in-car communication from functional to conversational, letting drivers engage naturally while keeping their eyes on the road. It’s a glimpse into how Jeep envisions the future of intelligent mobility blending digital innovation with its core values of freedom and adventure.
The 2025 Jeep Avenger isn’t just another refresh it’s a symbol of how the brand is evolving. By offering electric, hybrid, and all-wheel-drive options in one compact package, Jeep has created a model that resonates with the realities of European driving while staying true to its adventurous roots.
From city centers to country lanes, the new Avenger embodies the spirit of discovery, powered by choice, technology, and a nameplate that continues to define freedom on four wheels.
